We recently hosted an engaging Culinary Workshop for students, aimed at nurturing their interest in the culinary arts and developing essential cooking skills. The workshop, held on the school campus, brought together students, teachers, and local chefs for an exciting day of hands-on learning and creativity in the kitchen.

Participants explored various cooking techniques, from basic food preparation to plating dishes with flair. The highlight of the event was the "Cooking Challenge," where students teamed up to create innovative dishes using a mystery box of ingredients. Local chefs provided valuable guidance, sharing tips on flavor combinations and food presentation.

This workshop not only introduced students to the dynamic world of gastronomy but also emphasized the importance of teamwork, time management, and creativity. SMA Santo Ignasius Singkawang continues to inspire students to explore diverse career opportunities while honing practical life skills.
